Kai Lenny and Zane Schweitzer Ripping it up at The Rock | Check out this video of 2 of the top four guys in the world carve up Pistol River. This is the final surf off between World Standup Champion Kai Lenny and Sunste finalist Zane Scheitzer Saturday the 18th of June. They were tied anfter the first final with Bernd & Norm Roediger and had to have a Final Surf Off at the Standup Showdown. |

First Standup Paddlers at the Beachcomber | After the ripping was done at the rock for the Standup Showdown. Zane, Skyler, Diego, Jay and just about any one that could grab a board headed out infront of the Beachcomber to share the stoke. Zane just killed it on his new board. Bottom line is according to the top standup paddlers in the world the Beachcomber Break was firing. | 25 February, 2011 : - Look for a Stand Up Paddle Event this year at the Pistol River Wave Bash in Gold Beach Oregon June 16th through the 19th! Got off the phone with Charlie Burwell at Pacific Boardsport the Naish board distributer and Naish is committed to bring down some demo boards and jump start the contest. The plan is for Naish and Starboard to demo some boards. The Inn of the Beachcomber has 11 sweet boards for its new rental fleet.
